About Us

Christian A. Marsh is an experienced attorney who is a native Nevadan dedicated to providing legal services to the rural areas of Nevada that desperately need competent and compassionate legal advice. He mainly practices in property law, criminal law, probate and trust law, estate planning, personal injury, and landlord-tenant law. He has practiced his entire career in rural areas of Nevada: Lyon County, Churchill County, Mineral County, and Carson City.

He attended the University of Wyoming College of Law. Following law school, he was a law clerk for the Third Judicial District Court, located in Lyon County, Nevada.

He then worked as a Lyon County Deputy District Attorney which required the trust of the community to prosecute crimes from traffic tickets to Category A felonies. Following his stint as a Lyon County Deputy District Attorney, he became associate counsel at Wayne A. Pederson P.C. Thereafter, he founded Marsh Law, PLLC.

After gaining the foregoing experience, he has discovered, and continues to strive to accomplish, the true calling of an attorney: listening to the community’s needs and providing empathetic representation, no matter the client’s circumstances or reasons for seeking the aid of counsel.

Wayne A. Pederson possesses 30 years of experience in representing clients primarily located in Lyon, Churchill, and Mineral County in matters involving estate planning, probates, trusts, quiet titles, criminal defense, divorce and custody, personal injury, landlord/tenant, and civil litigation.
